Really nice! You don't see this kind of animation much. I liked it a lot... the only thing that draws it back is the perspective in some of the parts. For example: when he looks up... his head looks way bigger than it should. Otherwise, fantastic job!

Thanks! im working on my anatomy knowledge. i know i have my bads!

Very Interesting.

I liked it. Very much in fact. The first thing that caught my attention was when the animation of the "space ship" went from close-up to fading out of the screen. Animation was very smooth on that part. Another great thing about this flash video is the fact that it still maintained its "8-bit" feel with certain animation segments. Like how the characters were moving [along with the fluid movements]. The music was pretty good as well. Although, I thought the beginning of the song sounded kinda cheesy... but turned out to be a great song as it kept going. I also believe that dialogue isn't necessary for this. Definitely keep the series going. I'm looking forward to your future flash movies. :D

Gerkinman responds:

More people need to tell stories without dialogue, its a skill that seems to be going away sadly.

Very Impressive. :D

Yes, definitely the memories. Very much suits the first Zone of the Enders very much. It was very funn that the fact a child was chosen to use the robot. LOVED the "BOOOOOOOOOOM!" voice. I laughed through the flash movie. The animation and random notes in the flash was also cool, since it shows the way AWESOME movies are meant to be. I think the only drawback, which doesn't pertain to any relevence in giving it a bad score, but the pacing wasn't as fast as the other AWESOME movies that Egoraptor has made. That's not to say that it's a bad flash, it's a great one in fact. I say make another one invloving with Zone of the Enders 2... with the giant battles agains all those pawn-like robots. :D

P.S. I look forward to your future titles, especially with ones invloving making fun of more games, movies, TV shows, whatever that it is out there. :)

Galneda responds:

I'm really glad you liked it, and this is a very thorough review; thank you!

I'm not going to be doing another "Awesome Parody" nor is it particularly my immediate goal to get to work on another video game parody. For now, I'd like to test the water as to what my own style looks like. It had also been in my interest from the very start to churn out something original, Zone of the Awesome being an exception because as far as I was concerned at the time, it was a test for myself where I had nothing to lose.

When the Art Portal boots up, it's my intention to pick up where Zone of the Awesome left off as an NG exclusive web comic, with occasional animated segments.

If you're dead-set on the parody's, I apologize ahead of time, because it'll be a while. But thank you so much for liking it! I'm honored you were impressed.

Spooky Images.

It was definitely freaky. I loved the creature creations you have. Very artistic and horror-ific. Gives a sense of fear in the eyes of you and only you. I liked it a lot. I think there were only a few drawbacks, but they were so minor... they didn't distrupt the whole experience. Some of the sound effects were a little bit cheesy, but weren't anything of "low quality" monster noises. And some of the animation wasn't as top notch as some of the others in the clip. As I said, these are such minor things... they don't stop you from watching. Great job with this, it definitely gave me a "jump" of fear. :)

Scythemantis responds:

Yeah there's some things I drew a lot of frames for and others I got a bit tired with. Would've recorded a few sounds of my own, but never got enough quiet privacy and dug for online sound clips to distort into approximations of what I wanted, not all of them quite there :)

Thanks for reviewing! I try to respond to everything people put extra time and thought into saying.

Good scenery, too.

I like the song in the video as well. Nice and calm, even with the more upbeat middle portion. The animation was great, even if there wasn't too much going on. I like how you incorporated the "3-D" like animation with the robot. Nice job with it. :)

AKS9 responds:

Thanks dude! glad you like the 3-Dishness :) calm and upbeat at the same time is good!

Very engaging.

Honestly, I fairly enjoyed it. Although there wasn't any point to it. You did however explain about your ADD problem... and I give a lot of props for doing something you love with animation. Great music too. If you could tell me where you found that, or even if you know whoever made it on here... I'd be glad to know. :) Gonna add to favorites, because it gave me a great sense of Sci-Fi with it, along with the music. If you ever decide to finish any project or doing anything else... I would definitely say do something Sci-Fi. I know it'd be awesome. :D And well, with the whole Boondocks experience. XD Good luck!

JazLyte responds:

I normally don't respond to reviews with the word "Boondocks" in them, but I'll make an exception to tell you that the music and links are on the left of the movie's page under my name. Thanks man.

Wasn't too bad.

Sound quality was an issue, but the animation was well put, at least in most of it. Nice try tho, but it did seem kinda boring, even if I'm into story telling.

Zwickel responds:

Thanks man...

I don't get it...

...when it comes to you guys with collaboration. Does it really need to onvolve everyone's input to actually make it? I mean... does everyone sit around a table and think... "What can we do to annoy everyone's lives?" But... I give you kudos for doing so.

zenfasterxd responds:

mwahahaha

Lol, awesome.

That was great. Nice style of art. Good job.

SuperJeffoMan responds:

Thanks bro
